National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders-This site contains information about the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD), one of the National Institutes of Health. The NIDCD conducts and supports research and disseminates information on disorders of human communication, including hearing, balance, smell, taste, voice, speech, and language.
